Municipal Court
The Town of Winthrop operates a municipal court that deals with traffic/non traffic infractions and parking infractions. David Ebenger is the Winthrop Municipal Court Judge.
Court is held on the fourth Thursday of every month beginning at 12:00PM in the Winthrop Barn Hen House located at 51 SR 20.
Please note that court days are subject to change so it's best to confirm your hearing date with the Court Administrator at 509-996-2320.
